Our aim is to help Residents Associations, Councils, Landlords and Managing Agents alike to upgrade or replace their existing communal TV system, or to install from new if one does not exist.
We feel more so now that in the current economic climate, our service has much to offer as an alternative method of system funding and replacement compared with the traditional outright purchase method.
Because no large capital sum needs to be found, it allows valuable client funds to be utilised in other areas that may also need to be addressed.
Furthermore, because the IRS TV system is rental/lease purchased, the maintenance and upkeep of the system is included within the rental premiums for the duration of the contract period, a saving in itself!
We can also add or incorporate existing CCTV feeds from any entrance doorway or lobby area so that it can be viewed on the residents TV, adding an extra level of security.
